It is once again time to secure your vendor space for the annual Chisholm Trail Festival for 2010 now in our 26th year.  This year’s event takes place from Friday, July 2nd through Sunday, July 4th.

Opening night festivities will take place on Friday, July 2nd, at the Downtown Street Dance, downtown Newton, Main Street area (no public events at Athletic Park this night). Participation during the street dance is optional. This event has proven to be one of our most popular and there are limited vendor spaces available (pending CTF approval). If you wish to sell at this event, please check the box on the Registration Form but please note: If you participate at this event you must tear down and set back up at Athletic Park the same night (Friday, July 2nd), without exception.

Saturday, July 3rd and Sunday July 4th are required participatory Festival vending days. Set up for the weekend at the park will take place on Friday, July 2nd.

In order to reserve your vendor space we must have the attached Vendor Registration Form completed, a copy of your food vendor license (if applicable), a copy of your general liability insurance policy, and space fee paid by check or money order.  Read the Vendor Registration Form for vendor space fee, this fee is non-refundable. No vendor will be allowed to set up without a registration form completed and applicable fees paid.

Each vendor, employee, family member or representative must wear a CTF Button while operating at all Chisholm Trail Festival events in or at Athletic Park, Downtown Street Dance or at other officially sponsored locations where vending occurs.  Two (2) free buttons will be provided for each paid vendor that is selling food, crafts & merchandise and one (1) free button for each vendor that are informational & demonstrational. Additional Festival buttons are $4.00 for adults, $2.00 children.  The official CTF button is your ticket to all the Festival events!

Final preparation of the festival calendar is taking place.  Once we have the final calendar, we will notify you of setup times.  If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email.
